Well, an 18 year old Aussie already snapped up the Blog name called:
"http://boomers.blogspot.com" - I suppose it just goes to show we need to explore the ways intergenerational communications occur, or for that matter, how they do not occur...

Open communications and developing respect, understanding, tolerance, and hopefully trust will be a critical factor in years to come in both the personal and professional realms, when (USA) Baby Boomers are retiring in ever increasing numbers - when Boomers and each XY & Z generation will be ever more dependent on each other.
